1. What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and a secured password when you create an account.
- Client-business configuration. The businesses you configure: name, industry, services, pricing, hours, service area, availability, FAQs, policies, and contact information.
- Leads and conversations. The leads you enter (name, contact details, notes) and the conversations the workflow has with them on your behalf.
- Usage and activity data. Dashboard actions, workflow runs, and similar activity that powers your analytics and helps us improve the product.
- Technical data. Basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.
2. Why we collect it
- To provide the service. Run recovery workflows that contact leads on your behalf using the configuration and knowledge base you set up.
- To manage your account and billing. Process subscriptions via Stripe, enforce plan limits, and support cancellation and deletion.
- To keep the service safe and working. Security monitoring, error diagnosis, and performance.
- To improve the product. Aggregated, de-identified usage patterns help us decide what to build next.
3. What we don't do
We never sell your data. We don't run third-party ad tracking and we don't serve ads on the service. We don't read your leads' conversations for any purpose other than running the workflow you configured.
4. Where your data lives
Production data is stored server-side in our data store — Postgres once a database is connected. The logged-out demo runs on sample data stored locally and sends nothing to our servers.
Messaging is currently template-driven. When live LLM conversations are enabled (Growth and Agency plans), conversation text will be sent to the LLM provider you authorize, solely to generate replies for the workflows you configured.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time; deletion removes your account, client configurations, leads, conversations, and activity data from the active store. Backups or logs may retain fragments temporarily for recovery purposes. If you have questions about deletion, contact us using the details below.
6. Stripe and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card and payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data; this policy applies to everything else. Billing currently runs in Stripe test mode, so no real payment data is collected yet.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated — for example, by email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
9. Contact
