1. What the service is
RevenueRescue AI is a subscription software service that helps owners and operators of appointment-based service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, contractors, dental, med spa, auto repair, landscaping, and similar) recover revenue that leaks from missed calls, unconverted website leads, abandoned inquiries, old leads, and outstanding estimates. You configure a client business — services, pricing, hours, service area, availability, FAQs, policies, contact and escalation rules — and the service runs a coordinated multi-agent workflow that prioritizes leads, sends templated (or, on higher plans, AI-generated) messages, answers from the client's knowledge base, books appointments, follows up on estimates, reactivates old leads, and escalates to a human whenever it is uncertain or a situation is sensitive.
"We" means the operator of RevenueRescue AI. "You" means the person or organization that owns an account. "Service" means the software, dashboard, workflow engine, and any related features we provide under this agreement.
2. Your account
To use the service you create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account may manage up to the client-business limit of your plan. The logged-out demo runs on sample data stored locally and does not touch your data or send anything for real.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans. Starter is $79 per month (1 client business, template messaging). Growth is $199 per month (up to 5 client businesses, live LLM conversations). Agency is $499 per month (unlimited client businesses, live LLM conversations and integrations).
- Free trial. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- Monthly and annual billing. Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once per year at 10× the monthly price ($790 / $1,990 / $4,990) — two months free compared with paying monthly.
- Payments. Billing is processed through Stripe, Inc. You can manage your plan, payment method, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from the Billing page.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the service continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds once a paid period starts — see the Refund & Cancellation policy.
- Current status. Billing currently runs in Stripe test mode only. No real charges occur until the owner approves the production-readiness checklist and connects production billing.
4. No guaranteed revenue
The app shows figures such as "estimated revenue recovered" and "estimated lead value". These are modeled estimates computed from the lead values and assumptions you configure — they are always labeled as estimates. They are not promises of future revenue, not a forecast, and not a claim about what your business will earn. Results depend on your business, your leads, your follow-through, and market conditions. Plan prices are product decisions, not revenue promises.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send deceptive, misleading, or unsolicited bulk outreach, or to contact people who have opted out. The platform prohibits these practices and enforces guardrails: permanent opt-outs, quiet hours, and escalation of sensitive or safety-related situations to a human.
You are responsible for your outreach. Only contact real people who have opted in or whose contact information you legitimately hold, with truthful content and an easy way to opt out, and comply with all laws that apply to your messaging (for example, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or equivalent local laws). You also agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use it to break the law.
6. Your data
Your data is yours. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how deletion works. You can delete your account and data at any time; deletion removes your configurations, leads, conversations, and activity from the active store.
7. Service provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep the service secure and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, any implied warranties are excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated — for example, by email or a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction placeholder — to be finalized when the operating entity is formed], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
